Description

You lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0 for clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Oversee system configuration, integration, and deployment adhering to best practices.
• Lead data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure system adoption.
• Mentor junior consultants and project teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 6+ years specializing in Onboarding.
• Proven experience leading multiple SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations.
• Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementation project experiences, including Support and Rollout.
• Familiarity with Middleware including SAP CPI and Dell Boomi for third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of requirement management and analysis processes.
• Experience with AMS and post-go-live support.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.
