Description

You will support and configure SuccessFactors modules to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design business processes and gather requirements during Compensation Variable Pay workshops.
• Convert business requirements into functional SuccessFactors designs and configurations.
• Manage production issues, troubleshoot complex defects, and drive them to resolution.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and minor enhancements.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver project needs and improve operational metrics.

Required Skills

• SuccessFactors HCM consulting experience.
• Current, valid SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation Variable Pay.
• At least 12 full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycles.
• Hands-on functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve defects and present client options.
• Ability to identify and implement solutions for business requirement gaps.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central (EC) or other Talent modules.
