Description

Lead the functional SAP SuccessFactors team as the primary liaison for HCM track solutioning and interface requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to define HCM solution requirements, concerns, and priorities.
• Lead HCM business case planning and monitoring efforts.
• Translate complex requirements into simplified system solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and functional team activities.
• Drive change management by leading new functionality development, enhancements, and incident troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of functional and technical experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading teams and administering SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Mandatory Associate level certification in SFEC, Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding 20.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding 20, Recruiting Management, and Marketing.
• Ability to manage business process support and redesign.
• Strong capacity to build rapport with key business stakeholders and end users.

Preferred Skills

• Professional level Certified SuccessFactors Consultant.
• Project experience within the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
