Description

You will serve as the technical and functional expert for SuccessFactors modules, configuring systems to meet business requirements within the broader HCM landscape.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Learning Management (LMS) module to support organizational needs.
• Support Talent Management and Employee Central processes through direct technical implementation.
• Integrate SuccessFactors functionality with existing HR systems and workflows.
• Perform techno-functional configuration to resolve complex business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS).
• 10 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Direct hands-on experience with Employee Central configuration and support.
• Proven ability to perform techno-functional configuration within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM integration and processes.
