Description

Direct subcontractor and client trade labor to ensure project safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors, Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns.
• Oversee site logistics, scheduling, sequencing, and trade employee staffing levels.
• Manage the site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with all safety codes and regulations.
• Resolve field issues regarding design clarifications, procedures, and equipment scheduling.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers to investigate and resolve technical field issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of related experience in building construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Experience with building construction means and methods.
• Knowledge of scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Understanding of general contracts, general conditions, and subcontract documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using EH&S applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
