Description

You will manage on-site commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from inception to client move-in.

Responsibilities

• Own project quality and delivery, ensuring all work meets client expectations and stays on schedule.
• Coordinate day-to-day subcontractor activities, managing trade sequences and creating two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Manage quality control by reviewing contract documents, tracking deficiencies, and completing punch lists prior to walkthroughs.
• Direct project documentation including Daily Field Reports, RFIs, and material tracking from submittal to delivery.
• Facilitate communication between owners, clients, inspectors, and building engineers to resolve conflicts and discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Deep understanding of construction industry standards, building codes, and equipment methods.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, including Plans, Specifications, ASI, Bulletin, ASK, and Addendums.
• Proven experience managing trade subcontractors and complex project schedules.
• Proficiency in identifying and generating Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• History of stability, with no more than 3 jobs held in the last 10 years.
