Supplier Quality Engineer

You will manage supplier qualification and development for high-technical level Generation Core Engine parts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier qualification, product/process qualification, and technical supplier development.
• Address nonconformances by conducting containment, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing preventative and risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with global SCM processes and cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.
• Utilize digitalization tools to improve quality processes.
• Lead projects and manage virtual teams within an international framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering.
• Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of welding and coating processes.
• Working knowledge of ISO and ASME standards.
• Experience with technical supplier development to ensure a cost-effective and quality-assured supply base.
• Proven ability in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and intercultural expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• CWI certification.
