Own supplier quality and development initiatives to ensure manufacturing standards and supply chain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier development and quality assurance processes within the supply chain.
• Execute crisis management strategies and resolve supplier-related production issues.
• Create concise quality reports and communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve supplier efficiency and product quality.
• Prioritize tasks and travel on short notice to support critical supplier sites.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain.
• Strong background in the automotive industry supply chain.
• Proficiency in crisis management and supply chain development.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to produce clear reports and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
