Description

You will manage inventory reporting and data maintenance to support demand planning and global supply chain visibility.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly Inventory @ Risk and Global Stock Out reports.
• Generate weekly Stock Out, Backorder, and Critical Item reports.
• Execute bi-weekly standard backorder and low inventory reporting.
• Maintain master data in MS Teams and correct missing information in SAP daily.
• Support Demand Planners with ad hoc requests and assist in building slides for leadership meetings.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with demand forecasting and net requirements planning.
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong computer systems orientation.
• Ability to prioritize competing objectives and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Oracle or SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Access.
