Description

You will own the end-to-end global asset management process and systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the global asset management process, including defining and measuring performance metrics.
• Optimize supplier selection based on price, quality, availability, and service levels.
• Manage procurement activities by approving purchase orders, soliciting bids, and reviewing requisitions.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline supply chain workflows.
• Resolve issues regarding undelivered or defective goods by conferring with vendors and internal staff.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
• Strong Python skills, specifically using pandas and NumPy for data manipulation.
• Experience analyzing financial reports, price proposals, and technical data.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and purchasing regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Statistical forecasting experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for dashboarding.
• Supply Chain certification.
