Description

You will drive warehouse efficiency and process improvement by applying industrial engineering and Lean principles to enhance capacity, quality, and safety.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy new processes to improve data visibility, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement workstation layouts to increase space utilization and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct time studies and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through formal change management.
• Execute data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to support system enhancements.
• Query data from multiple sources to build reporting, dashboards, and visual charts for decision making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of related work experience in supply chain or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics.
• Applied knowledge of Lean principles including 5S, DMAIC, JIT, the 8 wastes, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Ability to conduct cycle time studies and create process flow maps.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and GSuite.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards and performing data analysis.
• Strong ability to document SOPs and translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
