Description

You will manage global supply and inventory activities, with a focus on reverse logistics and service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory reconciliation and serve as the primary escalation point for discrepancies.
• Manage the global cycle count process, including scheduling, report maintenance, and root cause analysis for errors.
• Execute manual inventory adjustments by gathering cross-functional data and documenting business context for approval.
• Own warehouse capacity forecasting and maintain tools for receiving, production, and shipping volume projections.
• Analyze operational KPIs to optimize supply operations and recommend systematic improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reverse logistics or service operations.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and ABC inventory management.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and consolidate monthly forecasts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for cross-functional stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
