Description

You will lead digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing and supply chain domains, acting as the primary technical authority for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable analytics solutions for IoT, MES, Historians, QMS, and LIMS systems.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify business opportunities and define solution approaches for smart manufacturing.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, from proof of concept to scaling large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Develop advanced assets and accelerators using Python, PySpark, and cloud platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute RFPs and manage client relationships.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IoT, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (continuous and process) and underlying systems (MES, Historians, QMS, LIMS).
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data engineering and IoT application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for designing secure, scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of real-time OT/IT data capture, industrial automation, and protocols.
• Ability to lead offshore and onsite teams for successful solution delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Digital Twins and Edge computing technologies.
• Proven track record in driving thought leadership and capability development programs.
