Description

You will own the analysis and optimization of complex supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards monitoring key supply chain KPIs like inventory, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze large supply chain datasets (planning, procurement, logistics) to find trends and root causes of inefficiencies in the semiconductor domain.
• Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to improve demand forecasting and optimize inventory placement.
• Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies supporting S&OP and MRP processes.
• Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and business cases for strategic supply chain initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Consulting.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in the Semiconductor, High-Tech, or EMS industry.
• Expert proficiency in data manipulation using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience designing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Functional knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with advanced planning systems, specifically SAP IBP/APO or Kinaxis.
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor value chain, including IDM/Foundry/Fabless models.
• Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured supply chain problems.
