Description

You will manage critical data integrity across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), handling new setups, changes, deletions, and component updates.
• Maintain and update scrap rates, activity rates, and routing data within the ERP system.
• Enter and track material destruction requests following company procedures.
• Maintain the Material Run-Out Tracker to ensure visibility into material depletion and changeover timelines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure BOM accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Bills of Material in a manufacturing, production, engineering, or supply chain environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel to assigned sites for onboarding, training, and periodic support.
• Experience collaborating across functions and clarifying data discrepancies.
