Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Supply Chain & Procurement Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business operations and technical engineering. The role focuses on advanced analytical modeling, data visualization, Generative AI, strategic sourcing, procurement optimization, and global supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Analytics & Data Modeling: 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python for exploratory analysis, complex quantitative models, and automated executive dashboards.

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Gather business requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, map current/future state processes, define user stories, and manage end-to-end UAT.

Supply Chain & Procurement: Strong knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Order (PO) execution, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Supplier Performance Management, and Inventory Optimization.

Generative AI & Intelligent Automation: Experience or working familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted data workflows, and prompt engineering for operational reporting, procurement contract/trend analysis, and insight discovery.

Systems & Software Implementation: Experience defining technical requirements and driving software, ERP (SAP/Oracle), or data platform implementations across large global organizations and multiple regions.

Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical outcomes, quantitative models, and technical roadblocks to executives and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to independently lead high-impact programs and act as the primary liaison between business owners, procurement leaders, data engineers, and IT teams.

Databases & Architecture: Strong practical experience with relational databases, dimensional data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas), and data warehouse environments.
