You will lead supply chain consulting engagements focused on transformation and solution delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements independently, managing client stakeholders and delivering onsite solutions.
• Define transformation strategy, roadmap, business process harmonization, requirements baselining, and Fit-Gap assessments.
• Conceptualize and develop reusable solutions, assets, and frameworks.
• Engage with CXO levels to articulate service offerings and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Convert improvement opportunities into qualified leads and support Go-To-Market initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Supply Chain domain, covering Planning, Procurement, Distribution (Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics), or Order Management.
• Experience as a solution architect or functional consultant with COTS Solutions like Kinaxis, Coupa, Anaplan, iValua, O9, Blueyonder, or Zycus.
• Experience with SCM Modules from leading ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or D365.
• Demonstrated experience implementing 2 or more COTS solutions, including solution design and user acceptance testing.
• Domain experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive, aerospace, industrial, or process manufacturing).
• Ability to articulate offerings and lead Go-To-Market initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating reusable assets and frameworks for supply chain solutions.
