Description

You will manage the operational flow and performance of the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for routine and surge production.
• Track vendor capabilities in real-time and compile performance reports.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics for external product deliveries.
• Maintain vendor quality records and issue trend-based corrective reports.
• Analyze bun usage efficiency and produce comparative vendor reports.

Required Skills

• 3 - 5 years of experience in vendor or supply chain coordination, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, aeronautics, or related field.
• Effective negotiation and contract management skills.
• Skilled in sourcing alternative vendors and supplying solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Access, Word, Project).
• Analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and performance reporting.
• Familiar with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with supply chain and quality systems.
