Description

You will manage the operational flow, inventory, and vendor performance for the supply chain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for routine and surge production.
• Track vendor capabilities in real-time and compile performance reports.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics for external product deliveries.
• Analyze bun usage efficiency and produce comparative vendor reports.
• Maintain vendor quality records and issue trend-based corrective reports.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in vendor or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in aviation or aerospace is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Project).
• Effective negotiation and contract management skills.
• Skilled in sourcing alternative vendors and supplying solutions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and performance reporting.
• Familiar with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with supply chain and quality systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, aeronautics, or related field.
