You will analyze inventory data to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data and historical trends to identify exceptions and suggest actionable improvements.
• Administer work management data elements including stocking parameters, lead times, and inventory codes.
• Manage material replenishment through daily evaluations to maintain optimized inventory levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and procurement to leverage inventory sharing and internal transfers.
• Lead inventory health meetings and provide process direction and coaching to the team.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in data mining and developing analytics for specific measurements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using Maximo.
• Experience with SharePoint and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated business and financial experience.
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage complex material flows within a hub and spoke operating model.
• BS degree in business, supply chain, or engineering with 1-3 years of experience, or 8-12 years of related experience.
