Description

Own data validation parameters and Key Performance Indicators within the Requisition to Pay COE to drive process improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw supply chain data to identify trends and patterns.
• Design and maintain databases and analytical solutions for global S4HANA ERP deployments.
• Develop data collection systems to improve validation and KPI accuracy.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams on data integration and migration.
• Present actionable insights using data visualization techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in dedicated data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, specifically S4HANA, SAP ECC, or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
• Proven experience extracting and summarizing reports from complex ERP environments.
• Expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of supply chain procurement and planning processes.
• Ability to ensure data usage follows compliance and governance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative or supply chain field.
• Direct experience with Requisition to Pay (RTP) workflows.
