Description

You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations and material management strategies for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct all purchasing, vendor selection, and inventory forecasting processes for direct and indirect materials.
• Manage inventory value and efficiency, focusing on inventory turns and cost control.
• Ensure material availability meets timing, budget, and internal KPI requirements.
• Lead and develop a supply chain team while promoting accountability and teamwork.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership.
• 10+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency with ERP and PLM systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety, health, and environmental impacts.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Preferred Skills

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience within the gaming industry.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
