Description

You will own the end-to-end execution of procurement strategies for equipment spare parts, focusing on minimizing inventory costs and managing obsolete item disposition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for spare parts, managing PO initiation through SAP backflush.
• Integrate spare parts procurement processes with IBM Maximo to maintain data accuracy and visibility.
• Define optimal stock levels using methodologies like EOQ, ROP, and Min/Max algorithms.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, shipping, and conducting cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data and usage rates to forecast demand and optimize stock levels in collaboration with maintenance teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
• Proficiency in SQL Database querying and configuration.
• Hands-on experience integrating with IBM Maximo.
• Experience implementing inventory methodologies (EOQ, ROP, ABC Analysis).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Ability to document and manage complex business processes within core models.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and adhering to regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA).
• Experience with inventory control procedures like FIFO and 5S.
