Description

You will manage end-to-end procurement and inventory control for equipment spare parts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies to minimize inventory costs and manage obsolete item disposition.
• Integrate spare parts procurement processes with IBM Maximo for data accuracy.
• Cultivate vendor relationships to secure favorable pricing and timely delivery of parts.
• Implement inventory methodologies (EOQ, ROP, Min/Max) to define optimal stock levels.
• Generate reports and develop dashboards providing real-time inventory and procurement visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP for inventory and procurement processes.
• Experience integrating systems, specifically with IBM Maximo.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Familiarity with inventory categorization methods (e.g., critical spares).
• Ability to forecast demand based on usage rates and maintenance needs.
• Understanding of quality inspection processes for incoming parts.
• Experience adhering to regulatory standards, such as FDA guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
