You will manage supply chain operations and lead a team of at least two people in Clark, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
• Analyze data to derive actionable recommendations and business insights.
• Merge and transfer files from multiple sources to create consolidated reports.
• Lead and coordinate a small team to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related functions.
• BA/BS degree in logistics, business, or a related field from a US college.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Expertise in data analysis and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience leading a team of 2 or more.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
