Description

You will manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and full bid cycles to support organizational requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full bid processes including RFI, RFP, and informal bids.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and draft formal contracts.
• Implement and manage vendor agreements and contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships to support organizational requirements.
• Adapt procurement strategies to changing organizational needs and evolving circumstances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain disciplines.
• Direct experience in indirect procurement.
• Proficiency with SAP, Coupa, and Jira.
• Advanced use of Excel and Smartsheets.
• Proven negotiation skills and strategic business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail procurement.
