Drive solution design and adoption of standard business practices within the o9 platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution design workshops and define detailed use cases.
• Lead the QA track, including test planning, preparation, and execution.
• Perform functional testing of deployed o9 modules and conduct system integration testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor test execution via a Global Delivery model.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the Supply Chain Planning domain.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with o9 Planning Solutions.
• Expertise in Supply Replenishment Planning, Capacity Planning, and SOP within the Retail domain.
• Practical knowledge of Supply Chain Planning Master Data, including Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing, and Vendor Master.
• Experience integrating o9 with host ERP systems for inbound and outbound interfaces and workflows.
• Proficiency in Demand Planning and ERP Order Management Systems.
• Ability to prepare detailed test case scenarios based on process workflows and use cases.

Preferred Skills

• o9 Functional Certification.
