Description

You will own production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination for a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company objectives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Analyze production and inventory data to improve forecasting accuracy and generate operational reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma to optimize inventory and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems including Epicor, M3, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in inventory management techniques such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and ABC analysis.
• Experience implementing best practices for inventory and production control.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on compliance and quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in APICS (CPIM) or CSCP.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
