Description

Lead and execute supply chain planning and fulfillment implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and client engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirement gathering workshops and perform requirements analysis for SCM package implementations.
• Design and configure packages, building high-level functional, interfacing, and reporting designs for solutions.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) discussions with clients across specified JDA modules.
• Assist clients in re-engineering business practices to integrate JDA SCM Applications with existing ecosystems.
• Coach and mentor engagement team members on design and implementation issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of consulting experience, with at least 4 years in Supply Chain Planning/Fulfillment Software.
• 2+ end-to-end implementation and upgrade experiences on latest JDA modules (JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA ESP, JDA S&OP, JDA Order Promiser).
• Hands-on product configuration knowledge of at least 2 JDA SCM modules.
• Solid functional knowledge in Forecasting, Production, and Distribution planning.
• Experience shaping solution design using industry best practices.
• Strong domain expertise in Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Utilities supply chain.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
