Description

Translate business requirements into technical solutions for demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain functions. This role owns platform configuration, data modeling, system integrations, and ongoing support for the o9 platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize o9 data models, workflows, and user interfaces to align with client processes.
• Design and manage system integrations and data flows between o9 and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) using APIs, JSON, and SSIS.
• Perform data mapping, execute data uploads, and ensure data quality and integrity across platforms.
• Develop reports and analytics to support business and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support during implementation and BAU operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or supply chain technology roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
• Scripting expertise in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience with data modeling techniques and data integrity management.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and ETL processes.
• Practical knowledge of SSIS for data integration.
• Experience configuring and customizing o9 or similar supply chain planning platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP and CRM system integrations.
• Background in demand planning or inventory management domains.
