Description

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for automated parcel distribution center operations.

You will own the release pipeline for ASRS, goods-to-person picking, and pack-out automation, collaborating with engineering and business partners to drive operational value.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for automated parcel distribution center operations.
• Author detailed Jira stories for functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Write functional use cases and manage UAT sign-offs aligned with end-user expectations.
• Drive backlog prioritization and requirement discussions using a data-driven approach to quantify ROI.
• Provide production-level support for operations and technology partners to ensure successful go-lives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain product management or operations for parcel warehouse automation.
• Deep knowledge of ASRS, sorteurs, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and WMS/WES.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS and other WES providers.
• Proven expertise in unit picking of conveyable product-type fulfillment models.
• Proficiency in Jira for requirement documentation and Visio for process flows.
• Experience managing warehouse conversions to new systems, including onsite training and hyper-care support.
• Ability to document requirements for OMS, transportation, logistics, and final mile processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in parcel fulfillment or retail logistics with high-volume automated systems.
• Certifications in Manhattan WMS, ASRS, or Lean Six Sigma.
