You will manage the product lifecycle for supply chain solutions, translating operational challenges into technical requirements and driving delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Jira user stories with acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on value, dependencies, and operational impact.
• Conduct user interviews and workshops with warehouse operators and supply chain stakeholders.
• Drive sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT and translate operational challenges into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in supply chain or warehouse technology.
• Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and end-to-end supply chain workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira for story creation and sprint management.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to create clear product documentation using Confluence.
• Experience leading requirement discussions and conducting user interviews.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
