Description

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and S/4HANA integration programs in complex enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration programs with deep expertise in PO Collaboration.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA-Ariba integration projects from design through execution.
• Lead vendor onboarding, system integrator coordination, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) execution.
• Drive stakeholder management and communication across supply chain, procurement, and technical teams.
• Apply SAP Activate Methodology to ensure structured project delivery and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Program Manager in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA-Ariba integration.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement workflows, and supplier collaboration.
• Proven track record managing large-scale SAP projects in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Experience coordinating with System Integrators (SI) and executing OCM strategies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Activate Methodology certification.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
