Lead technical programs within the supply chain domain to ensure successful product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and coordinate across different teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, deliver, and support product releases.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to groom the product catalogue and deliver the Sprint catalogue.
• Run sprint retrospective meetings to gather feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Drive data migration initiatives using technical frameworks.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Deep background in Supply Chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spark.
• Proven expertise in Data migration projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and MS Project.
• Strong command of Project Management and Scrum practices.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships globally.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
