Manage technical programs within the supply chain domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and run sprint retrospective meetings to gather feedback and define improvement plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to groom the product catalogue and deliver the Sprint catalogue with Global stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, deliver, and support product deliverables.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects across different teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a supply chain background.
• Expertise in Program Management and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Java and Spark.
• Experience with Data Migration projects.
• Working knowledge of Jira and MS Project.
• Familiarity with Scrum practices.
