Description

You will manage IT projects within a supply chain ERP environment, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocations, and communication strategies.
• Liaise with Product Owners, Business Analysts, vendors, and end-users to define and manage project requirements.
• Execute risk management analysis to identify, escalate, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Manage scope change requests and coordinate execution with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Measure project performance and prepare status reports in coordination with PMO members.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of project management experience following PMBOK guidelines.
• Technical knowledge of PMBOK concepts, including Agile, Waterfall, and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Experience managing projects within a Supply Chain ERP environment and structured SDLC release cycles.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to establish stakeholder management, risk/issue, vendor, and quality management plans.
• Experience driving projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
