Description

Manage complex, cross-functional IT projects within the supply chain and distribution space, owning the full lifecycle from initiation through adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead testing phases including TUT, QA, SIT, and UAT to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage change requests, risks, and issues, escalating to leadership as required.
• Coordinate activities between cross-functional IT teams, business departments, and third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of project management experience leading IT-focused cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience managing supply chain focused IT projects.
• Experience implementing enhancement projects for WMS or ERP systems such as Korber, SAP, or Infor.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a hybrid methodology environment.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management and Warehouse Control Systems (WMS, WCS).
• Experience with complex integration methodologies.
