Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain projects across functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for supply chain project planning and execution.
• Oversee new product launches from North American CMOs, maintaining launch metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with the Launch Excellence team to align product flows, master data, and forecasts.
• Support ExM Virtual Plant Teams on tech transfer projects, ensuring supplier capability meets requirements.
• Create and update detailed project work plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional project teams.
• Extensive experience leading new product launches with third-party CMOs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes: forecasting, product planning, order fulfillment, and procurement.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Spotfire.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
