Description

You will lead complex Service Systems Operations projects spanning systems, geographies, and functions within the Service Organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete software or process projects supporting Applecare Operations' Supply Chain and Channel Repair models.
• Act as liaison between Service Operations and other Apple organizations for major process or systems enhancements.
• Analyze root cause Service Operations issues, determine gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Write business requirements documents for business enhancements.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, providing cost-benefit and ROI analyses.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Channels Operations.
• Experience managing and leading Service Operations Business Projects.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for Operations Business Projects (systems or process).
• Proficiency in supply chain workflow design and process mapping.
• Experience using supply chain systems such as SAP, APO, Agile, Oracle.
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to develop and deliver project status presentations to executives.
• Experience in forecasting, planning, inventory management, or warehousing processes.
