You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for supply chain professional roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hire.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to execute recruitment processes.
• Deliver strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
• Promote DE&I initiatives through networking and process improvement.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment or HR experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in the supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of filling time-sensitive roles in competitive markets.
• Experience sourcing and filling supply chain roles in America or globally.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and human resources skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing recruitment within highly competitive industries.
