Description

Design, implement, and support technical solutions for supply chain operations, focusing on cloud data warehousing and Manhattan DFIO support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations using Snowflake and Google BigQuery to ensure performance and scalability.
• Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
• Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and maintain coding standards.
• Develop System Test Plans and conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or retail technology.
• Expert functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture, specifically Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
• Proven ability in Requirements Gathering, documentation, and System Testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and change requests.
• Skills in Business Process Modeling and Migration.
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Retail Supply Chain concepts.
