Description

You will design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for supply chain operations, focusing on cloud data warehousing and Manhattan DFIO support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations using Snowflake and Google BigQuery to ensure performance and scalability.
• Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
• Lead the technical transition and migration from DFIO to new planning products.
• Analyze business processes to build Process Model Diagrams and recommend optimizations.
• Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• Expert functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment business processes.
• Hands-on experience in Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture, specifically Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
• Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and change requests.
• Proven ability in Requirements Gathering, documentation, and System Testing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant technical roles.
