Description

You manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supply chain planning using SAP and Power BI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and stock transfer orders (STOs) in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize replenishment, and maintain MRP planning parameters.
• Analyze stock-outs, aging inventory, and expedite orders to resolve supply risks.
• Generate reports and insights using Power BI and Excel to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Materials Planning.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (required).
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics (required).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
• Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and forecasting methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and resolve PO, invoice, and transportation-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience developing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
