Description

You manage end-to-end logistics and inventory tracking for clinical study material takeback programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and process material pickup requests from clinical sites.
• Track material movement from initial pickup through destruction using Microsoft tools.
• Maintain takeback program inventories and ensure safety stock levels with third-party partners.
• Develop performance presentations and manage cost cross-charging for clinical trials.
• Maintain program schedules, forecasts, and End of Life (EOL) reports.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or process engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience maintaining inventory levels and managing third-party supplier safety stock.
• Ability to manage program schedules and forecasting.
• Experience with OBDS.
• Software Development knowledge.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel internationally up to 10%.
