Description

You will manage supply chain performance across order receiving, shipments, and customer service functions in Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shipping and receiving of time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive shipments.
• Coordinate material delivery from vendors, inventory receipt, and timely shipment of finished goods.
• Oversee purchase order processing and verify that received materials meet quality standards.
• Maintain inventory security, accuracy, and accountability to support production and marketing schedules.
• Manage logistics documentation, import/export paperwork, and shipping-related invoices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and walk for long periods.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% to local warehouse and lab sites.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of import/export logistics.
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.
