Description

You support the Ministry by managing supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Requisition supplies, equipment, and services, including 'bill only and consignment' and capital requests.
• Participate in performance improvement activities, value analysis projects, and Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives.
• Guide a team, assign resources, monitor work, develop schedules, and oversee performance achievement.
• Manage physical resolution of recalls and expired products.
• Reconcile with distributors and suppliers at regular intervals.

Required Skills

• Supply Chain expertise.
• Experience managing capital requests and consignment inventory.
• Experience coordinating supply return requests.
• Ability to make decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group.
• Knowledge of resource utilization to meet schedules and goals.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to perform advanced activities requiring judgment in issue resolution.
