Description

You coordinate material planning, purchasing, and production scheduling to ensure timely delivery of finished products and spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning by placing spare part orders, planning safety stocks, and coordinating cycle counts.
• Execute procurement tasks by creating orders in Salesforce and Oracle for inbound spare parts.
• Coordinate logistics, including shipment tracking, field communications, and managing RMA repair turnaround times with manufacturers.
• Maintain inventory control for spare parts, FRUs, and shipping supplies, including check-in and re-stock processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with process map creation and NPI launches.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in material planning, purchasing, or production scheduling.
• Proficiency using Oracle for purchase order management.
• Experience with Salesforce for inventory management.
• Ability to manage RMA repair processes and liaise with manufacturers.
• Strong skills in demand forecasting and spare parts planning.
• Experience tracking shipments and managing logistical communications.
• Ability to perform inventory audits and identify quantity or price discrepancies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the medical device industry.
