You will act as the primary liaison between IT, Supply Chain, and other functional business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead system maintenance and the implementation of functional enhancements, including scheduling, testing, and validation.
- Develop recurring reports, complex ad hoc queries, and assist with database design.
- Provide system support through SAP table maintenance, mass updates, and file uploads.
- Manage user roles and access to system functionality.
- Direct Analysts and Associates regarding system support and reporting tasks.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain or financial systems development and maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP MM functionality, specifically tables and data relationships.
- Proficiency in SQL Server.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes: order creation, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, and payments.
- Advanced analytical skills and database design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (one year of experience for every one year of college).
Preferred Skills
- 5-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial systems.
- 2+ years of leadership experience and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Knowledge of Ariba, SAP BW, S/4, SAP FI/CO, PM modules, and Power BI.
