Description

You will act as the primary liaison between IT, Supply Chain, and other functional business units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system maintenance and the implementation of functional enhancements, including scheduling, testing, and validation.
  • Develop recurring reports, complex ad hoc queries, and assist with database design.
  • Provide system support through SAP table maintenance, mass updates, and file uploads.
  • Manage user roles and access to system functionality.
  • Direct Analysts and Associates regarding system support and reporting tasks.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or financial systems development and maintenance.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP MM functionality, specifically tables and data relationships.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes: order creation, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, and payments.
  • Advanced analytical skills and database design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (one year of experience for every one year of college).

Preferred Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial systems.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of Ariba, SAP BW, S/4, SAP FI/CO, PM modules, and Power BI.
