Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver supply chain system solutions. Your work spans requirement gathering, technical design, vendor coordination, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and produce BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents through stakeholder workshops.
• Design system solutions, data models, and process flows that align with IT architecture standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal developers to implement software upgrades and future enhancements.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to verify business needs.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain database SQL scripts for testing.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018) and ERP systems like Enterprise E1, SAP, or BAAN.
• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio, including stored procedure and trigger development.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes, including Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems.
• 2-3 years of experience with integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM).
• 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools like IBM Cognos or Power BI.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting machine automation systems such as conveyors, print applicators, in-line weigh scales, and case sealers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QAD Precision or Trax.
