Description

Lead WMS and logistics process design and implementation engagements to solve complex warehouse management problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and conduct process FIT GAP analysis with business architects.
• Design, configure, and prototype end-to-end supply chain solutions including inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
• Manage full-lifecycle implementations covering receiving, cross-docking, yard management, slotting, and wave management.
• Consult on inventory control processes such as cycle counting, serial tracking, and auditing.
• Support business development through customer presentations and RFP responses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading WMS process design and business process re-engineering across multiple implementations.
• Hands-on consulting experience with Oracle WMS, TMS, SAP WMS, S4Hana EWM, Manhattan WMS, or JDA/BlueYonder WMS.
• Expertise in SAP S4HANA or Oracle Cloud within SCM areas like inventory planning, distribution, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Proven track record in implementing subcontractor processes, consignment, and vendor managed inventory.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations including putaway rules, order allocation, kitting, and returns management.
• Experience across diverse industry segments such as Retail, Pharma, Hi-Tech, Consumer Goods, or Automotive.
• Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills for hands-on configuration and testing.
